StarPlus provides access to many books on research methods for specific disciplines. Search for the phrase “research methods” with the name of your discipline, and change the drop down menu from All Items to Books. For example: “research methods” psychology.

We have temporary access to the Foundations collection until 31 July 2022. Foundations are bite-sized introductions to research concepts and methods written by global experts.

Systematic reviews
A systematic review is a large scale survey and analysis of all the evidence relevant to a research question. Systematic reviews are widely used in Medicine, Health and Psychology as well as other evidence based disciplines such as Management and Education.
