This Library Subject Guide for Politics and International Relations brings together a range of useful information, resources, videos, tutorials and workshops to support you throughout your course and develop your research skills and digital capabilities.
Overton is a citation database of policy documents, parliamentary transcripts, government guidance and think-tank research. Globally collected data is made available through the Overton web application, reports and an API. Overton can be used to see how research is impacting on policy, and can also be used in literature searching to help identify grey literature.
Applied Social Sciences Index and Abstracts (ASSIA) spans the literature of health, social services, psychology, sociology, economics, politics, race relations and education.
Enables you to answer methodology questions during the research process. It links full-text book, journal and reference content with advanced search and discovery tools, including visual search tools called Methods Maps.
